Background:

In 2013 fraudulent medical records were written on my NHS records.

Now, in 2024 further fraudulent records have been written on my NHS records.

I do not have lots of money for legal action.

I also do not have lots of money for a private psychiatrist.

I am looking for a kind and decent psychiatrist who can revoke these fictional records.

I am complying with the pharma drugs against my will until I can get these fictional records revoked.

The medications make me too sleepy and heavily drugged up for any normal kind of existence.

• 20250113; Today I was made aware that Melbury Lodge “Nazi” Dr Impey and the ex-Muslim “Nazi” Dr Mohammed (Arabic: مُحَمَّد, romanized: Muḥammad) have been forcing an innocent girl “V” to have electroshock therapy against her will for no reason. No Muslim with an atom of belief would use electroshock therapy against an animal let alone an innocent girl.

• 20250116; Today the Melbury Lodge psychologists; Lara Rosa under the supervision of Lerie Nel; informed me that I totally failed a very basic theatrical IQ test which I had done recently. Whilst I am being heavily drugged on forced pharma drug clozapine I cannot pass a basic theatrical IQ test. This is despite graduating in Physics 2.1 from University of London, Royal Holloway. This indicates the effect of clozapine on your brain whilst forcibly drugged against your will. Bizarrely the Melbury Lodge psychologists wrote lies in the theatrical IQ test report that I had “poor mental health” at the time of the assessment, which is totally false. Since they are willing to fabricate lies regarding my mental health within the theatrical IQ test, I cannot really trust anything else in their theatrical IQ test report. This false theatrical report was fabricated by Lara Rosa under the supervision of Lerie Nel.

• 20250116; Today I have been discharged from Melbury Lodge back home to Barton on Sea. I have drafted the following letter to my GP to ask for advice on how to complain to the NHS about various dangerous psychiatrists working within the NHS;

I made it clear that my medical records contain fictional fabricated lies by Dr North and her colleagues. Louisa Smith asked whether the forced pharma drugs against my will were “helping” with my “illness” despite the fact that I don’t have any illnesses. As you can see, almost every NHS staff member covers up over the lies of the previous liar psychiatrist. It is never-ending.

I made Louisa and Sarah fully aware that my medical records contain false fabricated lies by Dr North and her colleagues. As well as the false fabricated lies of the Abraham Cowley Unit doctors in 2013. As I expected, Louisa and Sarah didn’t really seem to care very much about what I was saying about the false diagnosis. I made them aware that the forced pharma clozapine was causing me to sleep for 6 extra hours per day on top of normal sleep. Again, the support staff do not care about any patients who are being forcibly drugged for fictional diseases which the patients do not have.

Despite me stating that I do not want to attend a “review”, Daniel said that he would contact me closer to the time of 16th December 2025. I made it clear to Daniel that I don’t need anything from him and that I just want the lying doctors to receive justice.
